Angel Food Pantry
The West Conroe Baptist Church Angel Food Pantry seeks to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ by providing loving, compassionate distribution of food and hope for those who are hungry and in need of prayer in the Montgomery County, TX area.
If you are interested in visiting the Angel Food Pantry, it is open from 10am – 1pm every Wednesday. Our food pantry is located at the hilltop at West Conroe Baptist Church. All visitors will need to meet income requirements in order to be served.
How To Get Involved
Interested in getting involved and supporting the Angel Food Pantry? There are several ways to participate in this ministry, from donations to serving, we have an opportunity for you to help!
Food Pantry Donation List
- Dry Goods
- Canned Goods
- Non-Perishables
- Dry Beans
- Mac & Cheese
- Pasta, Rice, Instant Potatoes
- Peanut Butter
- Applesauce
- Canned Meat (Chicken, Stew, Vienna Sausages, Tuna, etc.)
- Canned Vegetables
- Crackers
- Dried or Canned Fruit
- Nuts
- Whole Grain Cereal
Food donations can be dropped off at the tubs located around the church facilities and the brown box by the main kitchen door.
Food Drives
One of the best ways you can help support the Angel Food Pantry is by coordinating a food drive within your Life Group! Simply collect items from the donation list above and donate at the marked containers around WCBC.
Serve
We would love to have you join our volunteer team that makes the Angel Food Pantry successful. In order to serve, you must be able to lift heavy bags of groceries and be 18 years or older. Due to the size of the food pantry, please call Linda Guest at 936-242-6783 to schedule a date to serve!
