Dave Whittington

Dave serves as the Minister of Worship Arts here at West Conroe. Following graduation from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, he served churches in both Texas and Arkansas as a Music and Worship Pastor.

Dave has been married to his wife Carla for nearly 30 years and they have 2 children, Kayla and Ben. Since moving back to Texas, his favorite meal has become Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas. Dave is very eclectic when it comes to music. Currently, he is listening to Phil Wickham, but often finds himself switching over to the music of Paul Baloche and Tommy Walker frequently.

When Dave is not in the office he can usually be found on a hiking trail, doing volunteer trail maintenance, or attempting a thru-hike of a long distance National Recreation Trail.
